Loads in under a second on a phone
No frameworks, no page builder, no cookie banner fighting for the screen. Handwritten HTML and CSS, which is why it's quick even on one bar of signal in a van.
Wolverhampton · across the West Midlands
One-man studio. The sites I build load in under a second on a phone, turn up on Google for your trade and your town, and put the enquiry in your inbox while the customer is still stood there.
£199 to build · £49 a month after that · no contract
The bit that costs you
When someone's boiler packs in, they search, they tap the first two or three results, and they ring the one that looks capable. That decision takes a few seconds, on a phone, often on a poor signal.
A fair few trade websites lose at exactly that moment. Some take five seconds to load. Some were built in 2014 and don't fit a phone screen. Plenty of good firms have no site at all — which is fair enough, you've been busy doing the actual work.
None of that says anything about whether you're any good at the job. It just means the call went somewhere else, and you never knew it happened.
That's the whole of it. No mystery, no marketing funnel — just a page that opens quickly, says what you do and where you do it, and makes it easy to get hold of you.
What you get
No frameworks, no page builder, no cookie banner fighting for the screen. Handwritten HTML and CSS, which is why it's quick even on one bar of signal in a van.
The form emails you straight away with the customer's photo attached, so you can price the job without driving out to look at it. They get an automatic reply within seconds telling them it's landed.
A page for each service and each town you cover, written so it reads like a human who knows the area. Proper structured data, a sitemap, and the page speed Google actually rewards.
It sits on Cloudflare's network, stays patched, and gets backed up. Changed your prices, added a service, want a new page? Email me and it's done.
Measured in your browser just now, on your own connection — not a screenshot of a score from somewhere else.
This is a demonstration build for a plumbing company that does not exist. I invented the name, the town and the jobs so that I'd have something honest to show you before I have your photos and your details. It is not a client project, and nothing on it is a real business or a real person.
What it does show is the thing itself: the speed, the layout, the service and area pages, and the enquiry form. Send a test enquiry through it if you like — you'll get the automatic reply, which is the same system that would sit on your site.
demo.growthframe.co.uk — opens in a new tab. It carries a
noindex tag so it can never turn up in search and compete with a
real plumber in Walsall.
Pricing
No "from", no quote to chase, nothing that only appears once you're on a call.
To build it
£199 one-off
Paid once, when you say yes.
To keep it running
£49 a month
Starts the month it goes live.
No contract, and you can cancel any time. Email me and the monthly stops at the end of that month. There's no notice period, no exit fee, and no tier above this one. If you'd rather own the code outright and host it yourself, that's £899 one-off and £15 a month for hosting only.
How it works
Fifteen minutes. What you do, where you work, and what you want the phone to do that it isn't doing at the minute.
You open the real site on your own phone, not a mockup or a slide. Anything you want changed at this stage is free, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
On your own domain, registered in your name. I set up the enquiry emails, check it on a real phone, and send you everything you need to get into it.
Questions
Then the question is whether it's earning its keep. Open it on your phone and count how long it takes. If it loads quickly, fits the screen and brings you enquiries, keep it — I'll tell you that on the call rather than sell you something you don't need. If it doesn't, I'll build the new one and point your existing domain at it only when you're happy with it, so nothing goes down in between.
The site comes down and the domain stays yours — it's registered in your name from day one, not mine. Ask and I'll hand over the files so you or anyone else can put it back up elsewhere. No exit fee, no notice period, and I won't hold your domain to ransom. That arrangement is the only reason a monthly is fair to you.
You own the domain, and you own everything on it — your words, your photos, your name. The £49 covers hosting the build and keeping it maintained. If you want the code itself signed over so you can host it anywhere, that is the £899 option on the pricing above; nothing is hidden behind a conversation.
The build is a couple of days' work. What actually decides it is how fast you get me your photos and your registration number — send those on the call and it can be live inside a week. If you'd rather take your time over the photos, that's fine too; I'll put clearly marked gaps in and fill them when they arrive.
Very little. A fifteen-minute call, your photos if you have them — phone pictures of your own jobs beat stock images every single time — and your Gas Safe, NICEIC or equivalent number so it can go on the site. After that I send you the link and you tell me what to change. You don't need to log into anything or learn any software.
Book a call
Fifteen minutes, no slide deck. If I don't think a new site will make you money, I'll say so on the call.
